What Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.

Content You Create

We store the content you create while using Stitch Haven, including pattern information, collections, projects, and designer information.

All of this content is private by default. You choose if you want to make individual collections public.

Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Stitch Haven. This includes information like pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

You can access, edit, or delete any of your content at any time through your account. You have full control over your patterns, projects, and collections.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, all of your data (patterns, projects, collections, etc.) is permanently deleted from our servers.

Data Export

We don't currently have an automated data export feature, but if you'd like a copy of your data, contact us and we'll work with you to provide it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure hosting, and industry-standard security practices. However, no internet service is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we do our best to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

Stitch Haven is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of Stitch Haven after changes means you accept the updated policy.
